DEEPENING DIALOGUES

Two-to-three Deepening Dialogues will occur between Part 1 and Part 2 of the Isms Conferences, May - September 2012. These intersession conversations, led by five coach-facilitators from Prism Coaching, will provide a supportive learning environment to build on the conversations started during the April conference. The coach-facilitators will use coaching tools and techniques to build trust and safety, set ground rules (such as confidentiality), ask powerful questions to open up new perspectives and potentially new choices; and engage in deep listening and intuition for discovering what is “between the lines” and more.

Participants will be asked to commit to attend at least two Dialogue sessions (2 hours each). The fee for attending will be $20.00/session. Sessions will be held at convenient times and locations around the Bay Area.
